Schedule · week of November 2, 2026 (sample)

The week, and the month behind it.

Publishing slots and client work on one calendar. Green is done or set, yellow waits on a client, red would be late. Nothing gets a slot before its gate: fact-check for a piece, an approval for a client post, signed consent forms for a film day.

This week

November 2 to 8.

Fourteen items. Four are done, four are today's, one is set, and nothing is late. The five yellow ones wait on a client: two for Saffron Table's owner, one each for Brightside's owners, Northwind's owner and Meridian's attorney.

What repeats

Four standing slots that never need a card. Samia bot drafts the Monday text and the report skeleton; a person reads, edits and sends them.
Monday 8 amNumbers by text

Growth accounts get last week's bookings or calls and the cost per result against the target, with one sentence on what changes this week.

Day 1The one-page report

Every account, every month, written by a person after the books close. Late shows red on Today and on the Clients page until it is sent.

FridayThe Progress letter

From January 2027, the Newsroom's Progress & Solutions letter goes out on Fridays. Until then the slot is a reminder, not a promise of a date.

QuarterlyStrategy day

A half day with each Growth account: what worked, what did not, the next plan, approved in writing.

How things get on the calendar

A slot is a promise. These four things have to be true before anything is written into one.
  1. A piece: after fact-check

A publishing slot is set only when every claim line is signed by a second person. Scheduled means checked, not hoped.

  2. A client post, ad or email: after its approval

Nothing with a client's name on it takes a slot before the account lead has signed it in the queue and, where the plan says so, the client has said yes on their dashboard.

  3. A film day: after the consent forms

Releases are signed before the day, not on it. Who is on camera, where it may run and how to withdraw, filed in the asset library with the selects.

  4. A client's closed day: nothing runs

Closed dates come from the plan. Ads pause, posts hold, Samia bot keeps the calendar quiet. Thanksgiving is one; the client's own days are the rest.
