Approvals · 7 waiting (sample)

Nothing ships unsigned.

Samia bot queues anything a rule catches: creative, budget changes, audiences, claims, caps. A person approves it, asks for changes or holds it, and the rule that raised it is printed on every card. Six of the seven are also on a client's own dashboard as the same card, and nothing runs until both signatures are in. In this sample the buttons change the card and nothing is sent.

Weekend brunch: $500 more in November

October's brunch bookings cost $5.42 each against a $7 target. The plan is $1,200 for November instead of $700, with the same $10 pause rule; a 71% rise needs the owner in writing too. Approving here is confirmed to him by text; nothing runs until both signatures are in.

Emergency ads: add Astoria or Forest Hills?

The emergency campaign has budget for one more neighbourhood: Astoria has more searches, Forest Hills fewer competing practices. Check the area is one the office can see the same day and sign; the owners pick on their dashboard, and the campaign expands the morning after both signatures are in.

Claim check: "6 trucks"

The first draft of the cold-snap ad said "6 trucks". Northwind has six technicians, but van 4 is in the shop, so five trucks are on the road this week. Samia bot changed the line to "6 technicians" and held it; confirm the fix, or send it back.

Local Services: $1,300 for the cold week

The first cold snap is forecast for Monday Nov 9. The Local Services weekly budget is $1,050; for the week of Nov 9 the plan is $1,300 so the listing stays up all day when everyone's heat fails at once. The month stays under the $9,300 cap. The rulebook

The eight rules Samia bot runs.

Written in plain words so the people who sign can read them, and the clients who are asked to can too. Anything inside the rules runs on its own; anything outside them becomes a card.

  1. CreativeEverything with a client's name on it is signed by the account lead before it is scheduled; where the plan says so, the client signs it too, on their dashboard.
  2. BudgetAbove 10% of the month's plan: the account lead and the client's approvals. Above 25%: the client, in writing. Never past the cap.
  3. ClaimsA number, a date, a name or a cause needs a source line and a second reader. On client pages and in ads too.
  4. AudiencesHealth, legal and finance accounts: a person approves every audience or area change. Never by medical condition; patient and client lists are never uploaded to an ad platform.
  5. Legal accountsAn attorney reads every ad, page and script before it runs. The account lead signs too, so the attorney reads finished work.
  6. CapsSpend above the agreed monthly cap stops on its own. Raising a cap is the client's call.
  7. The 72-hour ruleA campaign that costs more per result than the pause line in its plan is paused within 72 hours and rebuilt at our cost.
  8. Faces and namesNo face, voice or name without a signed release in the library. No children in ads.

After you click

What each button does.

Every decision is written to the audit log with who, when and which card. Nothing on this sample page is sent anywhere; the words below describe the connected workspace.

Approve

Samia bot applies it at the scheduled time, not before, and writes who approved it and when to the audit log. If the rule says the client decides too, the same card is already on their dashboard: approving is confirmed to them by text, and nothing runs until both signatures are in.

Ask for changes

The card goes back to whoever made it with your note. It leaves the queue until a new version arrives, which comes back as a fresh card with the old note attached.

Hold

Nothing runs. The card stays at the top with a reason, and Samia bot reminds the queue after 24 hours. Use it when the answer belongs to someone who has not replied yet.

The same cards, as a client sees them, are the Approvals section of their dashboard, where each carries the id printed on the card here: Saffron Table, Brightside Dental, Northwind, Meridian Law. The house rules behind the rulebook are on the Standards page.
